Organic food preparation based on fermented cashews nuts with peppers, semi-hard
4 Pepper Aged is obtained from the fermentation of ground dried fruit. The product is aged for about 14 days and then packaged. The selection of organic raw materials, the absence of chemical additives, the care and love in processing, give life to good, nutritious and genuine food. Fermentation takes place by means of rejuvelac, an enzymatic drink obtained naturally from grains sprouted in water (quinoa, fenugreek). It is rich in probiotics with 1.3 billion lactic ferments. It is a vegan, raw food, without milk or gluten, and therefore suitable for intolerant people. It does not contain cholesterol. The products are handcrafted.Taste, flavor and textureIt has an authentic and characteristic taste, given by the sweet taste of cashews combined with the slight acidity obtained from fermentation with aromatic rejuvelac. Sprouted quinoa and fenugreek release herbaceous and balsamic notes that characterize the product unlike freeze-dried lactic ferments. When cut it is compact and slightly dry, never dry.
