Cashew Cream with Dried Tomatoes and Black Olives is obtained from the fermentation of organic dried fruit. The selection of the highest quality raw materials, the absence of chemical additives, the care and love in processing, give life to good, nutritious and genuine food.
Fermentation takes place by means of rejuvelac, an enzymatic drink obtained naturally from grains sprouted in water (quinoa, fenugreek). It is a vegan, raw food, without milk or gluten, and therefore suitable for intolerant people. It does not contain cholesterol.
