Mediterranean Herbs is an explosion of well-balanced flavors, obtained from the fermentation of dried fruit. it is covered with a layer of aromatic herbs typical of the Mediterranean, which gives it aromas and balsamic notes.
The selection of organic raw materials, the absence of chemical additives, the care and love in processing, give life to good, nutritious and genuine food.
Fermentation takes place by means of rejuvelac, an enzymatic drink obtained naturally from grains sprouted in water (quinoa, fenugreek).
It is rich in probiotics with 1.3 billion lactic ferments.
